For your bidding consideration is a 1893 general account book which was presented to the FARMER S OF DARKE COUNTY (OHIO)…this piece was with compliments of THE GORDON & GRANT COMPANY located in GREENVILLE OHIO…the book has pages dedicated to topics such as: cash received, labor, farm implements, ditch improvements, hay, buildings, livestock and many other subjects…the book is laced with ads from businesses in the GREENVILLE area during that time frame…see the pictures of some of the ads…this hard cover book measures nearly 8 ½ X 14 inches and is good condition…the spine tight with no loose pages, (there does look as though several pages have been removed…no page numbers but look like some removed)…some paper loss on the front cover…nice older piece of advertising from this DARKE COUNTY community…I doubt if any of these businesses still exist...
