I have this Columbia Minerva luxe rug needle. I am not sure what the first word is as it has been worn away on the box. I assume if you were looking for one of these you probably know what it is. I don't really know anything about it other than what it says on the box. I am very much not a seamstress. I am not an expert but I believe this thing would qualify as vintage elite in terms of age. I don't see any evidence to suggest that this thing has ever been used. I don't know what a used needle of this nature would look like, but just speaking in general terms, it looks like it is technically unused. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
