Description
Product Description:Golf Strong is sport specific program that provides results in about 2 hours each week. The program is designed to build the strength, stability you need to hit for more distance and better accuracy. Plus, it includes a weekly flexibility session to minimize the most common aches and pains golfers experience>
This 6-week program includes 2 Training Phases, Phase 1 builds a foundation in movement; Phase 2 further develops these movements patterns to improve performance on the green.
Each Training Phase is 3 weeks long providing ample time to introduce new movements and then provide the athlete with enough time to practice and master each movement. The first week of each Training Phase provides new Training Sessions by pillar (Distance, Accuracy, and Flexibility). The second and third week of Training Phase repeat those same Training Sessions so that the athlete can add resistance or increase reps.
Every week, there are 3 Training Sessions to improve a specific pillar of golf performance (Distance, Accuracy, and Flexibility). These sessions are about 40-minutes long and include a warm-up and recover circuit. Flexibility Training Sessions are about 30-minutes long. It is recommended to train alternating days so the muscles and energy system can recover.
