Flexible sides conveniently hold the aluminum cooling plates against your neck. Your entire body will enjoy the relief of being cool for up to four hours. You will also feel a gentle breeze over the back of your neck. There are two settings, low and high. The low setting helps you feel significantly cooler and the high setting gives you extra comfort on those hot days. Made of plastic. Measures 6"L x 7"W x 1-1/2"H. .   Move Back the black covers on each arm and pour 2 oz of cold water in each arm.
