Wonderful Vintage Navajo Doll Native American Indian

This is a beautiful Navajo doll.  She wears the old, traditional outfit of the Navajo women --  purple velvet shirt with a long skirt. Around her waist is a red belt. Her outfit is adorned with beadwork and beads hang from her ears.  Her face is painted on fabric and framed with the old black string hair, pulled back into the traditional Navajo bun. A great doll for a collection with rich cultural history and artistry. Perfect for a collection. She stands 10" high.
